Introduction to the Series (Video 1/12)

Together we’ll be learning about how difficult experiences impact our systems and how we can use lifestyle factors and the concept and skill of mindful presence to support healing.

Goal: To understand important concepts related to change and healing and learn simple mindfulness practices to facilitate the healing process.

What to expect: Each proceeding video discusses a concept, provides a succinct take away point, offers a practical skill or practice, and an additional resource to deepen that learning.

Tips for best using the course: Go in order, devote time for each short video (maybe one a day or per week), complete exercise and practice skill before moving on to the following videos.
